The Enaya program provides structured guidance, counselling and referral services to ensure beneficiaries receive the right care at the right time, supporting continuity of care across the healthcare system.
Enaya supports beneficiaries through clear care pathways that guide them to appropriate healthcare services based on their medical needs. Where specialised or ongoing care is required, referrals are facilitated in accordance with Enaya referral protocols and prior-authorisation requirements. This ensures continuity of care, appropriate clinical oversight, and access to DHA-approved healthcare services.

In alignment with Dubai’s preventive healthcare strategy, the Enaya Programme places strong emphasis on healthcare awareness and early intervention. Members are encouraged to participate in preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives aimed at reducing health risks promoting healthy behaviours and supporting long-term wellbeing. Coverage is provided in line with Enaya benefits, eligibility criteria, and approved preventive care services.
Beneficiaries receive guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, nutrition, physical activity and mental wellbeing in line with public health priorities.

The Enaya Programme acknowledges the significance of family well-being as a component of general health. Enaya supports family and community health by enabling access to a comprehensive range of healthcare services across the approved provider network. Services are delivered in line with DHA standards and are designed to support individuals and families at various stages of life, contributing to improved population health outcomes.
Acknowledging the importance of family and community in Dubai’s social fabric, the program provides assistance with the goal of enhancing social stability and family well-being. In keeping with Dubai’s social development goals, services help people and families deal with personal, societal, and life-stage issues while encouraging constructive dialogue, inclusivity, and community cohesion.

Enaya offers employees and citizens private mental and emotional wellness help in keeping with the Dubai Health Authority’s dedication to holistic wellbeing. Services concentrate on helping people overcome obstacles in their personal or professional lives, managing work and life stresses, and fostering psychological resilience. In compliance with DHA standards of care and confidentiality as well as UAE principles, all services are provided in a culturally sensitive way.
The program includes access to mental health and psychological support services, delivered through licensed healthcare providers within the approved network. Beneficiaries may receive counselling for emotional wellbeing, stress management, anxiety and other mental health concerns members may access confidential guidance and counselling services through the approved provider network.
